Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Raster Logic, LLC (“Raster Logic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which operates the Raster Logic application and website at rasterlogic.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Raster Logic is a tool for designing LED video walls and generating planning outputs such as power maps, data maps, pixel maps, cabling worksheets, and labels. The Service is provided for professional planning purposes. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Studio) and on any active free trial.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You sign in using Google, Apple, or an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us at support@rasterlogic.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
The Service offers a free view-only tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Studio), billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Every account may start a time-limited free trial (currently 30 days, no card required); at the end of the trial your account becomes view-only (you can open and view your projects but not edit, print, or export) unless you subscribe.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. When you subscribe, Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel. We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable advance notice of a price change that affects your renewal, and the new price applies to your next billing period.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial or unused subscription periods. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
6. License to use Raster Logic
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own internal or professional purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
7. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the projects, layouts, and other content you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to save your projects to your account and generate your maps and worksheets). You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to use it.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service except as your plan permits;
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the “Raster Logic” name and logo, is owned by Raster Logic, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any of our rights to you.
10. Engineering & safety disclaimer
Raster Logic produces planning estimates, not engineering or electrical certifications. Power, data, voltage, breaker, wattage, and pixel-budget figures are calculated from the specifications and inputs you provide and are intended as a design aid only. They are not a substitute for review by a licensed electrician, qualified engineer, or the equipment manufacturer’s documentation. Before energizing, installing, or operating any equipment, you are solely responsible for independently verifying all figures against current manufacturer specifications, local electrical codes, and the judgment of appropriately licensed professionals. You assume all risk arising from reliance on the Service’s outputs.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its outputs will be accurate or complete.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raster Logic, LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any damages arising from reliance on the Service’s power, data, or pixel-map outputs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raster Logic, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, and error monitoring). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. The providers that process personal data are listed in our Privacy Policy.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the license granted to you ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
16. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute that is not subject to mandatory arbitration or a small-claims forum, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
